On November 14, 2000 the Hawaii State Association was formed. The
By-laws were signed and this action will enable Hawaii to support
regional and the National Association of RC&D Councils. The objective
of the Hawaii State Association is to focus on improving communications
between local, regional and national RC&D organizations that will
provide a broad-based support for local RC&D areas.
