Purpose:
To notify all PIA staff of the new conservation plan folder check sheet

Expiration Date: September 30, 2009

Effective immediately the attached “Conservation Plan Check Sheet” will be used on the extension 2008 contracts and all 2009 plans and contracts submitted for funding. The State Office staff will be reviewing each proposed contract for completed documents filed within the participants’ 6 part folder. State Office personal may randomly select a plan to review in the field with planner and producers. This constitutes the minimum documentation. This check sheet will be filed in the Conservation Plan Folder under the “sixth cover”.
