Subject:	TCH - Storage of Electronic Files, Sharing of RUSLE2 Database

Purpose: We want consistency for the storage of electronic files on the server throughout the Pacific Islands. Expiration Date: October 31, 2007 As a step in this direction, the RUSLE2 databases throughout the Pacific Islands will be moved to the S (shared) drive. The F drive is to be used for nationally mandated items such as geodata and local items will be housed in the shared drive. All RUSLE2 databases for the field offices will now be stored on the Shared Drive (S). Set up the following folder and subfolders in the shared drive: S:\ServiceCenter\NRCS\450_TCH\FOTG\Section I\RUSLE2 Database. After the new folder and subfolders are set up, RUSLE2 needs to be redirected to the new database location. This needs to be completed for all computers with the RUSLE2 software, but can be done when RUSLE2 is first used by the user after the database migration. Please provide copies of the instructions to RUSLE2 users in your office.
