Purpose:
To distribute FY-2007 PIA WHIP and EQIP Pre-screening Worksheets.

Attached please find the following:
1. WHIP Pre-screening Worksheet PIA FY-2007
2. EQIP Pre-screening Worksheet PIA FY-2007
For each eligible application submitted by the deadline, complete the appropriate WHIP or EQIP
Pre-screening Worksheet. Applications submitted after the deadline must be "deferred" until the
next funding cycle. Use of this Pre-screening tool is mandatory and should be completed prior
to ranking. The original shall be kept in the client's file and a copy submitted to the respective
WHIP or EQIP Program Manager by 01/24/07. The purpose of this pre-screening tool is to help
manage the workload efficiently. You may also download both Pre-screening Worksheets from
our website at:
http://www.hi.nrcs.usda.gov/programs.
