Purpose: To provide clarification and guidance on the use of the Standard and Beginning Farmer and the Limited Resource Producer FY-2007 EQIP Cost Lists when developing contracts. Expiration Date: September 30, 2007 Please be advised that: All PIA East field offices, with the exception of the Molokai Field Office, will use the following cost list for Beginning Farmers: PIA East_FY07_EQIP costlist_Standard_begin_FINAL.xls The Molokai Field Office will use the following cost list for producers that qualify as a Beginning Farmers: PIA East_FY07_EQIP costlist_Limited_Res_FINAL.xls All PIA East field offices will use the following cost list for all Standard producers: PIA East_FY07_EQIP costlist_Standard_begin_FINAL.xls All PIA East field offices will use the following cost list for all Limited Resource Producers:: PIA East_FY07_EQIP costlist_Limited_Res_FINAL.xls If you have any questions, please call Dennis Kimberlin at (808) 541-2600 ext. 106.
