To transmit the Computer Access Handbook and provide instruction on the procedures to access USDA computers; and how to obtain eAuthentication for the Pacific Islands Area NRCS Employees and Affiliates.

A hard copy of the Computer Access Handbook will be sent to each field office for your convenience.
