Ø  Jan. 20, 2005 – Power Point Presentation at Waiakea High School about NRCS.

Ø  Feb. 15-17, 2005 - AAPIAC Listening Session and Career Development Conference.

Ø  Attended Listening Session and presented API Issues to AAPIAC Council.

Ø  Served as Workshop Moderator for:

Ø   Enhancing Your Career – Elizabeth Heilpern

Ø   Leadership Skills – Frank Clearfield

Ø   Presentation Skills – Lenny Laskowski

Note:  Also attended Cross Cultural Communication – C.J. Buchanan

 Ø     Mar. 7, 2005 – Amended language for Leadership/Visionary Category.  This changed was implemented to give every member of APIO a chance of being selected for this award.

 Ø     Mar. 10, 2005 – Power Point Presentation at University of Hawaii-Hilo about NRCS Careers.

 Ø     Send copy of Return Rights Letter to Clyde Thompson of Office of Civil Rights.

 Ø     Coordinate and solicit volunteers for UH-Hilo Earth Day (04/15/05) with Hilo Service Center Staff.
